Our Policies

General Policy:

All Oasis Entertainment events feature licensed and insured vendors to ensure a safe and professional experience. Vendors such as catering, mobile bar services, DJs, and other specialty services operate as independent contractors and are not employees or direct representatives of Oasis Entertainment. Each vendor is responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and service delivery.

 

 

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your event date. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

​

Bookings that include catering, a party bus, DJs, or mobile bar services require a 50% deposit due to vendor reservations and scheduling. All other bookings require a 25% deposit to secure the date.

​

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

​

Deposits are non-refundable if an event is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled event date due to vendor scheduling, preparation, and lost booking opportunities.​
